Viennapass –
Vienna offer Citypass to cover the sightseeing, I would say, it is really worth buying the viennapass , almost 60 places will be covered under viennapass and you don’t require to stand in the queue if you buy this and saves a lot of time too. I also recommend , buy only if you are spending 2 full days or more, if not it will not be worth to you. It saved me a lot of time as you would just need to show them at the entrance and proceed. During summer, it will worth saving your time and money . All the details available in viennapass link
Here is the link to viennapass = > https://www.viennapass.de/en
Transport –
For travelling in Vienna, use this app to buy the tickets based your requirement ==> https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=at.wienerlinien.wienmobillab&hl=de .
This will cover, tram, metro and buses. I would recommend choosing metro as the best option to travel in Vienna. Generally there won’t be any checking , but may be during peak season, you may except spot checking in trams and metro , as when we travelled in Prague , we got checked almost on all the metro spots.
