Be honest to the Job that do you do ….Don’t be TOO honest to your organization…. The organisation never think about you when they don’t need you….They try to convince you in a such a way that their hands are tied up and nothing really they could do …. So showing sympathy towards the organization is worth for nothing…. because organisation NEVER depend on single person at any time ………It’s a bitter truth whether we accept it or not !!
As Abdul Kalam said, Love your Job but never love your Company !! Being emotional towards a company will give you NOTHING….
